Do you have a disorganized closet, and feel like you can never find what you’re looking for? Do you constantly fall back on the same outfits? Is your closet filled with cute clothes, but you’re just not sure how to put them together? When your closet is disorganized or filled with pieces that don’t feel like they represent you, getting dressed feels impossible.

Maybe you have always fallen back on your ‘signature style’, but are looking to expand what that means. Maybe you look at the way other women dress and wish you could pull it off like they do. Maybe you feel like an imposter when you try something new.

Getting To Know You

After purchase, you will receive a welcome packet with a style profile. Fill out the profile, and send back to me so I can get to know you and your goals before we get started. You’ll also create a Pinterest board to give me an idea of outfits you love, styles you admire, and the direction you’d like to take your wardrobe. Please know that it’s perfectly normal to feel confused at this step, but getting started is the hardest part. The combination of the profile and the Pinterest board will help me understand your pain points, where you’re struggling, what areas need the most attention, and what brands to look to as we begin to shop.

How To Prepare

After purchase, we will schedule your edit. Please make sure to choose a day where you have plenty of time. This process usually takes 4-6 hours. For larger scale closets that require 8 hours or more, it will be an additional $75 per hour. It is normal to need to take breaks throughout the process, and if you think you’d prefer to do this over two days please let me know and we can schedule accordingly. I recommend having your space as clean as possible and as much laundry done as you can. Have your phone charged and ready to go so we can take photos of outfit combinations to create a custom lookbook for you.

The Closet Audit

We’ll go over all dressers, drawers, and closets that you utilize. I recommend taking care of any intimate pieces you may not want to go over together, such as underwear and bras, and put aside any clothes you have questions on. As we go through your clothes we’ll be deciding what to donate, toss, alter or sell. We’ll also track the gaps in your wardrobe as we edit, and we’ll discuss which options should be added to your shopping list. At the end of the edit, I will completely organize your space. You’re welcome to stay and watch, or relax somewhere else while I put it all back together. If you need organizational solutions, I’ll take measurements so I can provide proper options.

Time To Shop!

After the edit, you’ll receive a curated list of items for you to shop for. There will also be Stylist Notes on how to incorporate the pieces into your wardrobe. This package includes one round of online shopping, and links will be sent to you for purchase. Client is responsible for all purchases, returns and exchanges. If you have questions as you shop, you have access to me to help you decide on sizing, colors, and fit. If you’d like to read more about the process, this blog post goes into more detail.

A Stylish Life

Here are a few add-ons to help retain the organization and confidence achieved during your edit.

Additional shopping support, $250:

This package ends at the ordering of the new pieces, however there is an optional add-on appointment. Once you have received all the new pieces you’ve ordered, I will come over to help you decide what to keep, how to style it with what you already own, and help you re-organize everything back into your closet. Please note that when I send options for you to purchase, I will give suggestions on how to wear with existing pieces, but this option gives a more thorough process. This is a great option because it gets me back into your space after the edit, and we can fine tune anything that may have gone awry since our initial visit. This visit is for up to 3 hours, and additional time will be billed at $75 per hour.

Mindset support, $500:

For 30 days after your edit, I will be available to you through your choice of Voxer, or text and email. You can send photos to ask if certain outfit combinations work, ask my opinion on purchases you’re considering, ask an organizational question, etc. I am available to you between the hours of 9-4 during the week, and will get back to you within 24 hours on the weekend. I am at your disposal to make sure you are thrilled with your outfits, purchases, and organizational systems. For longer term support, custom packages may be discussed.

Closet Maintenance, $250:

3 months after our edit, I will check in on your space and help you get it back on track. This can be done in-person or virtually. If there are any questionable pieces from our initial edit that still haven’t been worn, now is when we will tackle that. We will check in on how your new pieces are serving you, and see what needs to be tweaked within your organization and systems. If you’ve found there are more pieces you’d like to add in, we’ll discuss that during this visit. This is a mini edit and most are done in 2-3 hours.
